These terms apply to your use of the Crown Events website and to any event planning, catering, or styling services you book with us. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide event planning and management, catering, and decoration and styling services. Any enquiry, quote, or proposal is not a binding agreement. A booking is only confirmed once we have agreed the details with you in writing and received any deposit we require.
Quotes and bookings
- Quotes are based on the information you give us and are valid for the period stated on the quote.
- A deposit may be required to secure your date. Your date is only held once the deposit is received.
- The balance is due by the date stated in your booking confirmation.
- Final guest numbers, menu choices, and event details must be confirmed by the deadline we agree with you.
Payments
Payment amounts, deposit levels, and due dates will be set out in your individual quote or booking confirmation. Bookings are not secured until the agreed deposit has been paid.
Cancellations and changes
If you need to cancel or change your booking, please tell us as soon as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable, and cancellation charges may apply depending on how close to the event date you cancel. The specific terms for your booking will be set out in your booking confirmation.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, including guest numbers, dietary requirements, and venue details.
- Ensure we have timely access to the venue for setup and breakdown.
- Obtain any permissions or licences required by your venue for our services.
Liability
We will carry out our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or for losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Photography
We may take photographs of our work at your event for our portfolio and marketing. If you would prefer we did not, please let us know in advance and we will respect your wishes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
